Marketing Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team at Greencroft Communities. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in promoting our housing and health services to prospective residents and their families.

• Conduct personalized tours of our facilities and provide detailed information about our services, financial options, and costs to prospective residents and their families.
• Obtain commitments from prospective residents and complete necessary paperwork to confirm their interest in our services.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our housing and health services to our target audience.
• Collaborate with our turnover team and housing staff to ensure a smooth move-in process for new residents.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, such as open houses, town meetings, and community gatherings, to engage with prospective residents and their families.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, sales, or communications.
• Previous experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the retirement housing or healthcare industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
