RN Cardio Pulmonary Unit-Sunnyview Rehab-Full-Time NIGHTS

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled RN to join our Cardio Pulmonary Unit at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex health conditions, including those requiring telemetry, medically complex, and ventilated care.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized care to patients with diverse needs and conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform various medical procedures, including tracheostomy care and peritoneal dialysis
Requirements:
• New York State RN License
• Associates Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain high customer service standards
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Passion for learning and growing in the nursing field

Pay Range:
$49.95 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Pay may vary within the stated range based on location.
