Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardio Pulmonary Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with complex health conditions, including those requiring telemetry, ventilator support, and other specialized care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing ventilators and other medical equipment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in cardio pulmonary care.
- New York State RN License
- Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for learning, growth, and development in the nursing field
