Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Catering Assistant will play a key role in delivering high-quality, home-cooked meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring it is well-stocked and presentable at all times.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu and special promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Oversee the operation of kitchen equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance needs according to established protocols.
  • Manage the till during service, adhering to correct cash handling procedures.
  • Address customer complaints professionally, following the appropriate procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting any incidents as required.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts across a 7-day period.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Previous catering experience is preferred but not mandatory.
