Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.78-$24.20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plan, and more.


Job Description

This full-time position will work out of our Outreach and Engagement program, assisting individuals in recovery with regaining independence in their communities and sustaining their own recovery. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals, linking them to social and other support services in the community, teaching coping skills, and providing non-clinical crisis support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop person-centered recovery plans with individuals
  • Link patients to community resources and support services
  • Teach coping skills and empowerment techniques
  • Provide non-clinical crisis support and accompaniment to appointments

Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalency required
  • Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) Certification within six months of hire
  • One year of Health or Human Service experience preferred
  • A valid NYS Driver's License
