We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Georgina Home Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Job Summary:This position involves assisting patients with their daily living needs, including monitoring vital signs, aiding with personal hygiene, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is someone who is caring, dependable, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Aid patients with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises to promote independence and comfort.
- Monitor food intake and vital signs to ensure the overall well-being of patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and address patient concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and first aid/CPR training.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
