Critical Care Nephrology Specialist

As a Critical Care Nephrology Specialist at DAVITA, you will play a vital role in providing lifesaving care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. With a dynamic and collaborative team, you will deliver compassionate and specialized nephrology care in a hospital setting.
About the RoleThis position requires a Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop unique treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver dialysis care to patients in various settings, including ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
- Work collaboratively with a small team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs.
- Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of practice and relevant experience in intensive care, critical care, or emergency room settings. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
