About Us

We're a primarily clinician-operated private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls. Our one-on-one care fosters a rewarding environment, and therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules for a successful work-life balance.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and access to cutting-edge technology. You'll also receive unlimited access to continuing education, professional certification reimbursement, and support for career growth opportunities.

Job Description

As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing personalized care to older adults in their homes through Geriatric House Calls. You'll work independently with patients, developing treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Requirements
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • A degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
