Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve recommendations for financial planning and budgets.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key business partners.

  • Manage forecasting processes, including quarterly forecasts and scenario modeling.
  • Develop detailed financial models to evaluate strategic priorities and alternatives.
  • Improve the accuracy of and reduce the time required to complete forecast process through automation.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication, ensuring that all employees are informed and engaged.
  • Take personal responsibility for making tough decisions, meeting commitments, and ensuring expected results are achieved.
  • Assume responsibility for implementing practices to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Deep curiosity and desire to leverage datasets to identify new strategic insights and tell compelling stories.
  • Proven leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong coaching skills to develop staff.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.

This is a leadership role, which typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training, including management experience.
