- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and gather customer feedback through market research.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and monitor the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Business studies with a focus on sales are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Pisa), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet applications.
Professional Experience:
- Previous experience in industrial sales (preferably in Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas Downstream, or a related field) is an advantage.
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface at various corporate levels.
- Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations that resonate with decision-makers.
- Excellent oral/written communication, networking, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with the Inside Sales Team.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with emotional control and resilience in dynamic environments.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and adapt to changing conditions.
- Availability to travel within North America at least 50% of the time.
- Commitment to continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
