Nurse Care Specialist

DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to make a difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will deliver care in an empathetic and compassionate way, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
- Work collaboratively with a positive team to support and rely on each other in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial but is not required.
