Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute event brand communications across digital and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality projects that drive both brand and business results.
  • Develop scalable systems and guidelines for event branding, including visual identity, digital, and structures.
  • Work cross-functionally with event and marketing leads to develop creative concepts and solutions against briefs.
  • Present creative progress to leadership and gather actionable feedback.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in art direction and design, with a strong portfolio of event and B2B experience.
  • Experience developing projects with creative agencies and internal creative groups, with a global perspective.
  • Expertise in marketing and brand work, with a keen understanding of creative process and digital creative software tools.
  • Strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts and ideas.
