Nursing Team Coordinator (RN) Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit at Haywood Regional Medical Center. As a Nursing Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
