Nursing Team Coordinator (RN) Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Team Coordinator in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time night shift position that offers a commitment bonus and shift differentials. You will work in a dynamic environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 30 days of hire
  • AHA ACLS required within six months of hire
  • One year of experience preferred
