We are seeking an experienced MEP Low-Volt Superintendent to join our team at TradeLink Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and testing of low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, voice, data, and video applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of installers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including BICSI, TIA/EIA, and National Electrical Code.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP low-volt systems installation and testing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of low-volt systems, including structured cabling, voice, data, and video applications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
