As a MEP Superintendent with CyberCoders, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of construction projects. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all MEP systems are installed correctly and up to code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all MEP activities on construction sites
  • Review and interpret MEP plans and specifications
  • Ensure all MEP systems are installed according to approved designs and in compliance with building codes
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all workers and enforce safety regulations
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality and timeline expectations
  • Communicate with project manager and other team members to report progress and address any issues
  • Manage project budget for MEP components and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent in MEP construction
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their installation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret MEP plans and specifications
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Professional certifications in MEP systems (preferred)
