About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Patriot program, working closely with operations and manufacturing teams to drive performance and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and support test beds for system level integration and test of missile subassemblies.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues with integration and verification.
  • Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, including program leadership and external customers.
  • Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues.
  • Support testing on multiple shifts, with approximately 10% travel expected.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior experience.
  • U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the operations and maintenance of the Patriot system, and Patriot specific data collection and analysis tools.
  • Experience developing simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance.
  • Experience analyzing large sets of system performance data using data analysis tools (such as MATLAB), for the purpose of completing requirement verification.
  • Experience with DOORS or a related database for requirements management and linking requirements to test procedures.
