About the Role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager has a crucial role in partnering with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant team. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to delegate tasks effectively, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Food Travel Experts who provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations, and signing standards, while monitoring inventory levels.
  • Assist in planning daily goals, tasks, and assignments, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage, supervise, and evaluate Team Member performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state health and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant General Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a management or supervisory capacity.
  • Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities.
Benefits and Perks

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$58,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
