Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $124,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead and develop collaborative multidisciplinary wound care teams. You'll travel to assigned regions weekly for wound rounds and house calls, providing high-quality skin and wound care services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop collaborative wound care teams
  2. Provide wound care services, including assessment, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor control, and minor surgical procedures
  3. Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic studies
  4. Track patient progress and document timely in our electronic medical record system
  5. Develop treatment plans based on individual patient needs and clinical practice guidelines

Requirements

  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Active DEA license and valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of wound care and/or surgical experience (training available)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
