About the Role

This is a full-time position working day shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and safety.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $49.77 - $73.13 per hour, with additional compensation available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Job Description

As a Neurosurgery Specialist at Providence, you will apply your specialized training to deliver exceptional patient care, using evidence-based practices and advanced technologies to diagnose and treat complex neurological conditions. You will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to provide personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
