We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Valet/Porter within our Service Department at Team Ford Las Vegas. This full-time opportunity allows you to engage with various aspects of our service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and guide them to the appropriate service advisor promptly.
  • Park customer vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure the parking area is organized and well-maintained.
  • Handle the pickup and delivery of customer vehicles post-service.
  • Assist with off-site vehicle deliveries as needed.
  • Conduct service valet functions, including vehicle transport from customer locations within the local vicinity.
  • Safely operate loaner vehicles during pickup and delivery tasks.
  • Manage and arrange vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are fueled and cleaned.
  • Confirm collection addresses and utilize driver applications to meet pickup and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Adherence to processes that ensure quality and safety.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrated good judgment in various situations.
  • Energetic and proactive attitude.
