You have a passion for the technical elements of EDI implementation, including direct data integration with ERPs, crafting business rules to manipulate data, and mapping data across various file formats.

**Daily Responsibilities**


As an Implementation Specialist, you will oversee daily project tasks related to integrating e-commerce solutions from the point of sale through to the hand-off to the Customer Operations team.

Exceeding customer expectations is paramount, achieved by thoroughly understanding the client's business model, partner resources, limitations, and the value added by SPS components.

Manage daily project tasks for integrating e-commerce solutions from the close of sale through to the hand-off to the Customer Operations team.

Conduct installations, upgrades, testing, and system configurations as part of implementation projects.

Develop customer-specific business rules to meet system and business requirements.

Define and execute test plans to ensure successful integration with trading partners.

Confirm that maps and business rules operate correctly prior to production installation.

Configure production installations and verify connectivity with successful data flow.

Monitor data flow, analyze issues, and implement necessary technical fixes.

Track the progress of implementation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and scheduling conflicts are resolved.

Keep customers and stakeholders updated on project status.

Maintain a high level of industry-specific knowledge by staying current with emerging products and technical advancements.

**Required Experience & Skills**

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, provided they possess the right skill set.

**Consultant II:**

Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of relevant experience without a degree.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired outcomes.

**Senior Consultant:**

Bachelor's Degree + 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree; 3+ years in account management, relationship management, product management, or a related field.

Prior experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers is preferred.

Strong relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone.

Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent activities.

**Preferred Skills**

Experience with NetSuite related to B2B integration is strongly preferred.

2-5 years of software consulting or implementation experience is highly preferred.

Familiarity with XML is preferred.

Experience with text editing and data mapping tools is preferred.

A general understanding of e-commerce and electronic data interchange (EDI) concepts is preferred.
