EDI Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of existing EDI systems and partnerships.
  • Develop business processes using Business Process Modeler (BPML).
  • Set up and configure AS2 using the Sterling AS2 module and FTP, while supporting Sterling VAN protocols.
  • Manage upgrades and enhancements of the EDI software.
  • Design, test, and implement EDI translation maps.
  • Provide assistance to end users, including EDI staff, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; relevant business experience may be considered as an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting mapping made to order, preferably with the Sterling B2B Integrator, though other EDI experience will be considered.
  • At least 5 years of operational or system experience within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
