Job Summary

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled Practice Leader III to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 leadership to support the efficient and effective operational and financial performance of our designated practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement department-specific tactical plans that align with our overall integrated health system strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with a care team of clinical, administrative, and medical staff to guide continual process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide effective employee resource management, including staff scheduling, hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
  • Mentor staff to achieve expected professional and clinical behaviors.
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and develop relationships with the care management team and administration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Two years of leadership experience.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to implement program, project, or process objectives.
  • Leadership skills, including demonstrated willingness to pursue leadership roles with increasing levels of accountability.
