Job Title: Life/Health Insurance Position
">About the Role: As a State Farm team member for Ray Romano - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
">Salary: $40-75k per year, with potential for salary plus commission/bonus
">Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Self-motivation and ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Property and Casualty license (currently held).
- Life and Health license (currently held).
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00, with flexible work-from-home options available.
