The main responsibility of this role is to operate a roll forming machine. We seek candidates with prior machine operation experience or a mechanical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setup and operation of machinery.
  2. Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance, recommending and executing minor repairs as necessary.
  3. Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment.
  4. Load products onto racks for subsequent processing.
  5. Occasional operation of forklifts.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to maintain high-quality and efficient production standards.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols.
  8. Promote a culture of teamwork and cooperation across locations and departments.
  9. Assist internal and external customers with a positive attitude.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently and overhead.
  • Capability to bend, crouch, twist, and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing machine operation environment preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to fulfill the essential duties outlined above.
