Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton is a faith-inspired non-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional services to our communities. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Housing Support Specialist will provide individualized services to consumers served, promoting community integration and supporting their rehabilitation goals. This role requires a strong understanding of human services, psychology, and social work principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct services tailored to the needs of consumers, including serious and persistent mentally ill individuals with co-occurring substance abuse diagnoses and developmental disabilities.
  • Coordinate rehabilitation services based on individualized person-centered goals.
  • Meet productivity benchmarks and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or social work from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid driver's license.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of $40,000 per year, plus $25 per day as scheduled additional rates.
  • 40 hours of work per week, with a regular schedule from 9am to 5pm.
