Heavy Equipment Transportation Coordinator

As a Truck Driver Non-CDL at Radius Recycling, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment and materials within our facilities.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced driver who can work independently and effectively communicate with our team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
About the Role
- Operate tractor trailer combinations or trucks with a capacity of at least 26,000 GVW to transport equipment and materials.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical and safety equipment is in good working order.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of driving experience and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
