Job Title: Resident Services Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Supervisor to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Resident Services Director in implementing resident services programs and department functions.
  • Establish and maintain a medication system that adheres to local, federal, and company regulations.
  • Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and orientation to new staff members and ongoing training and development to current staff members.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, department heads, and executive director.
  • Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan recommendations.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal services to residents.

Requirements:

  • Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
  • Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Able to clearly communicate in English.
