Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist

At Home Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will play a critical role in preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, while also supporting safety and environmental program compliance in your assigned store or multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud through effective monitoring and analysis of CCTV and exception reports.
  • Support safety and environmental program compliance by identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks in the store.
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to implement effective security measures and protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze store security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
