Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior Float Specialist. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a focus on providing high-quality care to our clients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care for home care clients as needed during assigned availability schedules
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, bathing, and transfers
  • Use Hoyer lifts and EZ stands as needed
  • Perform nurse-delegated tasks and stand-by assists
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $22.00/hour
  • Opportunity to earn Short-Shift Premium pay for 1 and 2 hour shifts (up to $30.00/hour)
  • Guaranteed 30 hours of work every other week during peak hours (7a-9p, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays)
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CNA Certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience
  • CPR certification (preferred, but we offer classes)
