Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and provide reminders to residents as required.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, showering, grooming, and toilet assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Document resident condition changes and communicate with the RN Supervisor.
  • Understand and adhere to policies regarding assisted living tasks and charting procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • CNA/NAR or HHA Certificate preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults.
