Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Therapeutic and Clinical Services, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between the Senior Vice President and other departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication channels.
  • Document and Record Management: Maintain confidential client and staff records, ensuring they are updated, stored, and retrieved in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions, including logistics, attendees, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Project Support: Assist with the implementation of departmental projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Budget Assistance: Help oversee the department's budget, processing invoices, and assisting with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to service outcomes, staff performance, and operational efficiency to support decision-making.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring that services comply with all regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards is a plus.
