We are seeking an experienced IV/Inpatient Pharmacist for an 8-week contract in New York City. This role is ideal for pharmacists with hands-on IV preparation experience and inpatient pharmacy expertise.
Responsibilities- Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in a cleanroom environment.
- Verify physician orders and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.
- Provide clinical support and drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient medication therapy for efficacy and safety, making recommendations as needed.
- PharmD required.
- Active NY Pharmacist License.
- Minimum of 1+ year of inpatient pharmacy experience.
- Hands-on experience with IV medication preparation.
- Proficiency in EPIC software.
Estimated Salary: $58-60 per hour.
