Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
  • Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel
  • Participate in daily operations and assume leadership roles as needed
  • Conduct resident assessments and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel to ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations
