Job Description:

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and client information

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
