Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Tysons, VA. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- Licensed in VA, obtained by your One Medical start date
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures
