Automotive Parts Sales Specialist

While proficiency in ordering parts and maintaining stock levels is essential, exceptional interpersonal skills are equally important for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members. The ideal candidate will enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and accurately identify required parts
- Generate and modify purchase orders as necessary
- Submit purchase orders to the appropriate suppliers for parts acquisition
- Document warranty parts returns efficiently
- Input special orders into the dealership's computer system and inform relevant personnel upon arrival
- Monitor tracking for special order parts
- Process and finalize outstanding invoices
- Verify the quality and quantity of received merchandise against invoices
- Maintain records of external purchases and parts transactions
- Conduct regular inventory assessments of warehouse parts
Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in a dealership warehouse setting or equivalent training; candidates with a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
