Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage front-end operations, including customer service, sales floor management, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency
- Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer service metrics, and operational performance
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment
- Participate in the onboarding process for new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure their success
- Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes as needed
- Lead the execution of class and in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and sales growth
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and equipment
- Retail management experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations, including customer service, sales floor management, and cash handling
- Experience with inventory management, shrink reduction, and safety programs
Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
