* Prepare surfaces for painting by masking, sanding, filling, and priming.
* Color match existing paint and apply a high-quality finish.
* Conduct thorough inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used, labor hours, and additional services provided.
* Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Efficiently manage time to complete repairs with an anticipated production level of 80 percent or higher.
* Ensure repairs are performed accurately, following repair plans and industry guidelines.
* Coordinate with other team members to streamline the repair process and avoid delays.
* Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns and keeping them informed about the progress of their repairs.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

* 1-3 months of related experience, earned through education or on-the-job training.
* Boat fiberglass repair experience is acceptable.
