Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician to join our Child Protection Team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide patient care services and support the hospital's mission of providing hope, healing, and the best healthcare for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care services for which you are clinically privileged, including direct patient care, subspecialty consultations, and follow-up care.
• Strive to achieve the best patient and family-centered care, supporting the hospital's patient satisfaction goals and divisional patient safety and quality of care standards.
• Establish and demonstrate effort to achieve annual physician goals and objectives, including supporting medical education programs and activities of the Division.
• Participate in research endeavors of the division, including research initiatives by other members of the division.
• Support programmatic growth of the division and satellite efforts when appropriate.

Requirements

• Board certification in Pediatrics or Child Abuse Pediatrics.
• Significant interest in serving children who are suspected victims of child maltreatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work regularly scheduled work hours and perform after-hours or night call responsibilities as needed.
