Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Basic Qualifications: Candidates must possess an associate's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience/certification in a related field, or significant occupational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extensive programmatic, financial, and administrative support to government clients.
  • Conduct financial tracking and analysis.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintenance.
  • Manage solicitation preparation and oversight.
  • Track deliverables and milestones effectively.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Provide meeting support, including the preparation of correspondence and file maintenance.
  • Possess experience in creating and coordinating budget and acquisition funding documents, with a strong competence in analysis.
  • Exhibit superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and demonstrate experience in organizing and facilitating small meetings.
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, think creatively and critically, and understand government budgeting and contracting fundamentals.
  • Produce accurate work products in terms of presentation and context, while maintaining focus in dynamic and high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and in the creation/modification of Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs).

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant financial and administrative support experience.
  • Experience in developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets while tracking technical and financial milestones.
  • Exhibit superior proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and demonstrate experience in organizing and facilitating small meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience with DARPA is highly desirable.
