Rango Salarial: $28.12hr - $35.71hr
Responsabilidades:
- Realiza experimentos rutinarios de cultivo celular siguiendo procedimientos establecidos, donde se requiere la capacidad de reconocer desviaciones de las prácticas aceptadas.
- Asiste en el diseño y creación de planes de prueba de materiales, identificando parámetros críticos del proceso y manejando la resolución de problemas.
- Realiza análisis de datos para establecer la criticidad de los procesos, presentando datos y resultados de estudios en reuniones de equipo.
- Elabora informes oportunos que detallan el trabajo experimental y resumen los resultados, manteniendo cuadernos de laboratorio electrónicos.
- Colabora en la revisión y creación de documentos de proceso, como SOPs e instrucciones de trabajo electrónicas.
- Colabora con otros para manejar las operaciones diarias del laboratorio y asegurar un funcionamiento fluido.
- Mantiene el espacio del laboratorio para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios y un entorno de trabajo seguro.
- Trabaja en equipos y tiene interacción continua con equipos internos y externos a lo largo del proceso de producción para intercambiar información sobre las operaciones en curso.
- Este puesto reporta a un gerente/líder de equipo de VVDT.
Calificaciones:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Química/Biológica, Inmunología, Biología o disciplina científica relevante con 0-2 años de experiencia en la industria biotecnológica o de terapia celular.
- Experiencia con procesamiento aséptico de cultivos celulares de mamíferos o células primarias en Cabina de Seguridad Biológica.
- Excelentes habilidades de documentación y gestión de datos.
- Orientado a los detalles con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Demostrada competencia en herramientas informáticas comunes como procesamiento de textos, hojas de cálculo y aplicaciones basadas en la web.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar bien tanto de forma independiente como en equipo en un entorno dinámico, priorizando el trabajo en múltiples proyectos.
Habilidades:
- Experiencia en GMP preferida.
- Nivel junior de 1-3 años preferido.
