Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Hensel Phelps. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects by conducting inspections, managing punch lists, and implementing quality control policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with the owner's quality assurance team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in submittal reviews, weekly QC meetings, and preparatory meetings.
- Perform initial and follow-up inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and codes.
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and significant findings.
To be successful in this role, you will need a 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management, and minimum 1-2 years' experience on large commercial construction projects.
What We Offer:Hensel Phelps offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, and 401(K) retirement plan. You will also receive paid time off, an annual bonus plan, and a company cell phone or cell phone allowance.
This is a safety-sensitive position, requiring the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
