About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Quality Controller to join our team at a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for controlling the quality of our products and ensuring they meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Train other team members on quality control procedures.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 hours of standing per day.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
