Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to provide insightful guidance to senior management for decision-making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Requirements:
Proven track record of at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the construction industry or related sectors.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, project costing, payroll, and contract management.
Personal Qualities:
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with financial management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
