Salary & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, holiday pay, and short-term disability insurance.

Job Description

This role requires a skilled Assembler II-Cleanroom to assemble and package components into medical devices. The successful candidate will have experience working in a cleanroom environment and be familiar with FDA, cGMP, and ISO regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting, assembling, and packaging medical devices and components
  • Cleaning and passivating equipment and work areas
  • Generating and inspecting labels according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintaining awareness of workplace safety and relevant training
Requirements & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, and cleanroom environments. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
  • English language proficiency (reading comprehension, listening, and writing)
  • Math skills required to complete all manufacturing procedures
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Prior experience with cleaning & passivation, cleanroom practices, and labeling systems is preferred. Ability to work overtime as needed and participate in the Operational Excellence Program is also desired.
