Physical Therapist PRN Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team at Concentra. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and improving their health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems.
- Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment programs for patients to facilitate their recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high-quality service.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Masters' Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, preferred.
- Customarily a new graduate to at least five years of demonstrated experience in an orthopedic setting with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Ortho-outpatient experience, preferred.
