  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and analyses for the reporting unit, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and distribute operational expense records, including scrap and purchase burden, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the central PTP team to resolve receiving, AP invoice, and payment issues, including PAT, ICT, and ROSE transactions, and reconcile supplier statements as needed.
  • Prepare selected account reconciliations with supporting documentation for review by the Plant Controller.
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions with partner sites to ensure accurate month-end reporting.
  • Support the Plant Controller in month-end closing activities and forecast/budget development.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in function-related meetings with operational staff.
  • Act as proxy to the Cost Analyst.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • Support plant SCM with physical inventories as needed.
  • Confirm receipt of indirect goods and services with requisitioners and complete corresponding purchase order receipts in the ERP system.
