Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across multiple brands at SPARC Group LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for ERP systems implementation and management in a multi-brand environment, driving efficiency and effectiveness in application delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders, collaborating across all levels of the organization to achieve common goals.
  • ERP Management: Manage various ERPs across brands to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Integration and Technology: Work with integration and technology teams to deliver highly available solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives for application delivery, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, problem-solving, and leadership for teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in managing ERP systems, preferably with SAP experience.
  • Functional Understanding: End-to-end functional understanding of retail lifecycles, including technical and functional acumen related to project delivery.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication skills and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage issues and drive solutions.
  • Education: BS required; MS preferred.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and data requirements, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.

  • Essential Job Functions: Ability to perform essential job functions, including regular and timely attendance.
  • Computer and Office Equipment: Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, with the ability to communicate and exchange information effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry equipment and move boxes/samples, as required.
